Sometimes theres more than one video in the jplayer widget and so the url to the media will have a qualifier (like: https://archive.org/details/casjhsj_000137).

Not sure what to do with this without getting too specific.

• examine 9 seconds of video at a randomly selected point
• figure out key frames and 3 seconds that extend from them
• that's the gif.
