Samples are synthesized out of order on Ubuntu

When using this plugin on Ubuntu, the samples are synthesized out of order. I have tested it on Ubuntu 14.04, 15.10, and 16.04 with the system-provided GStreamer 1.0 packages. No other Linux distros have been tested at this time. The problem does not occur when using this plugin on MacOS or when using the basictts example supplied with the CereVoice SDK, so I suspect that something in GStreamer is interfering with the CereVoice Engine somehow. I have confirmed that CV itself is producing the incorrect samples and downstream GStreamer elements are not modifying the audio in any way, nor are upstream elements modifying the input text.
