Getting Started

These instructions will help you get the project up and running on your local machine.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have met the following requirements:

  • Node.js, use the latest stable version 18.18.0 installed

Installing

  1. fork the repository to your local machine:

  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd node-1
  3. Install project dependencies:

    npm install
  4. Create a .env file in the root directory and add the following:

    PORT=3000
    

Running the Server

To start the server, run the following command:

npm start

This will launch the server, and it will be accessible at http://localhost:3000.

Code Formatting

You can format your code using the following command:

npm run format

This project uses a code formatter to maintain consistent coding style.
