Most programs in the package have some level of documentation embedded
as Plain Old Documentation. You can view this with e.g. perldoc or
convert them to the format of your choice using pod2html, pod2man etc.

 perldoc INSTALL
 perldoc bin/fill_db.sh
 perldoc interface/MimicDB.pm 

Please refer to the INSTALL guide for installation instructions,
bin/fill_db.sh for more instructions and interface/MimicDB.pm for
details on the web interface.
