Remove unnecessary parameters
users_seat can be inferred from the first received state, player_names shouldn't be necessary any more, and number of hands wouldn't be needed if the end of the match could be inferred by disconnecting from the dealer.
Allow agents to be created easily
As an agent creator, given a PlayersAtTheTable instance, I want to simply return an action string and have it sent to the dealer.
