May I suggest adding ScaleDynamics to the list?
It supports Dockerfile, no credit card needed, up to two free instances.
I came upon this CaaS when I was trying to find free app platforms for deno.

iam on free tier and its asking me to click a button every 7 days. even i haven't use the service. my $5 wasnt used for this month.

i think so. but its not mentioned anywhere on website or docs. if possible look into it. free is myth after heroku killed its free tier

update:- i added a VISA card and now its not showing that. there was no card verification. maybe virtual card can work but i don't have tested virtual card

Hello, I have zero apps running on the fly.io service and after their latest flyctl update - you need to enter a credit card or buy credits to launch an app. Please update the readme.
