Display earnings as total and rate

Hey! This project is incredible and adds a ton of clarity to an otherwise very opaque process -- trying to figure out how much you're earning on Rocketpool. Thanks so much for making it. I am shocked that it only has three stars. Now you have a fourth. You did an incredible job with this.

I actually found this project by asking around after a buddy of mine asked me a seemingly simple question: "how much RPL and ETH does my node make?" and I found it nearly impossible to figure out. His node is comprised of multiple 8-ETH minipools. This tool only does 16 ETH pools and is supposed to predict, rather than measure: https://www.rocketpooltool.com/

What do you think about this sort of addition:

This "all time" earnings would include those that have already been swept for all minipools; it would be all-inclusive, since the node's inception, with both ETH and RPL. Then, for each minipool, take the average rate over (for example) a 28-day period, or per week, or some other unit of time, and add them together. I'll be happy to help with the code but I'm pretty unfamiliar with Rocketpool itself.
