Save Progress

As a listing agent I would like to see some indication of the progress of new photos being saved to the Work Area for a listing I’m editing so that I have an idea of how long it will take for the photos to finish saving.

Acceptance Criteria

Progress Bar Content:

  • The Progress Bar must display separate Progress Indicators for each listing for which photos are being saved to the Work Area by the logged-in user.
  • Each Progress Indicator must display the street number, unit number (if applicable) and street name (EX: 1105 Parklawn #809) for that listing.
  • Each Progress Indicator will estimate the amount of time to complete the saving process for all new photos uploaded for that listing. (ex: 2 minutes remaining)
  • Each Progress Indicator will display a counter showing how many photos have been saved out of the total number of photos selected through Media Connect for that listing
  • Each Progress Indicator will give a visual indication of the progress of the photos being saved to the Work Area
  • When all new photos for a listing have been saved to the Work Area, the Progress Indicator must replace the counter with a check mark in a green circle to show that the saving process is complete for that listing.
  • The user must be able to dismiss a Progress Indicator that shows that saving is complete by clicking on an X on that Indicator so that the Progress Bar doesn’t continue to take up more space on the screen as the saving process completes for additional listings.
  • The Progress Bar must display Progress Indicators for 3 listings before scrolling is necessary to view additional Progress Indicators.
  • The user will have to scroll down on the Progress Bar to see additional Progress Indicators.
  • The Progress Bar must indicate to the user that they can continue editing the listing they just uploaded photos for, or edit another listing while the photos are being saved to the Work

  • Progress Indicators which show that all new photos for a listing have finished saving must default to the top of the Progress Bar.
  • Progress Indicators with the longest estimated time remaining for photos to finish saving to the Work Area must display at the bottom of the Progress Bar.
  • When a user saves multiple batches of photo changes for the same listing, the Progress Indicator for that listing should be updated with the new numbers, number of photos remaining, estimated time remaining, etc. instead of adding another progress indicator for the same listing.

Progress Bar Functionality:

  • Clicking on the check mark in the green circle must take the user to view those saved photos in Media Connect.
  • Clicking the photo counter will navigate the user to the Save Details Modal, which must indicate that photos are currently being saved.
  • The user must not be able to make changes the photos that are currently being saved (this is covered in B-07879)
  • Once all new photos for a listing finish saving, the user must have the option to click an Edit button to continue filling out fields for that listing.
  • Once all new photos for a listing finish saving, the user must have the option to click Submit if all required fields for the listing have been filled out.
  • The user must also have the option to click Edit to continue adding information to a listing for which all required fields have been filled out.
  • [ ]The user must have the ability to minimize and restore the progress bar while listings are still in the process of saving for one or more listings.
  • The user must have the ability to drag the progress bar from left to right, or right to left from any page in Keystone.

Keystone Homepage Updates

  • When all changes for a listing finish saving to the work area, the lead photo and photo count for that listing on the Keystone home page must be updated to reflect the new first photo and number of photos in Media Connect.
