There is a small onscreen bug, where the popup doesn't hide after so many seconds!

May need to sort out some hide delay and tie it with the main controls show and hide actions.

The player currently doesn't change the resolution until the user has touched the screen a few time after selecting it.

This is really just a work around for the moment in order to get it to work. Need to tie the popup to the control bar instead of separate popup box. As such this is why the player isn't updated straight away.
