@qoopido/task misbehaves for concurrent tasks

To identify which task to resolve for a worker response @qoopido/task utilizes @qoopido/utility/helper/uuid. The latter was changed from exporting a class to export a function returning a new UUID on invocation.

@qoopido/task still uses "new" which will now result in a UUID of "[object Object]" which is anything but a UUID...

Additionally, @qoopido/utility still exports @qoopido/utility/helper/uuid as "Uuid" which is confusing and a mistake/leftover.
