When I run the ipynb in lecture 4 in colab, I can not import needle successfully. I have followed the steps in ipynb, but I could not see any files in needle directory. How can I solve it?

I tried on clean ubuntu os as well, same issue.

I have all installation of files for python-dev, and other files usually needed to install steup.py.

Any pointers from experience is really appreciated. Thanks
