I successfully ran BLOCK-ALADIN on Windows with these steps:

Specify MSVC as compiler for ACADO-based exportSim code, and MinGW for make_condensing and make_dual_step ()

Compiler specification is possible using the following piece of code

mex(['-setup:', fullfile(matlabroot, 'bin', 'win64', 'mexopts', 'msvc2019.xml')], 'C')
mex(['-setup:', fullfile(matlabroot, 'bin', 'win64', 'mexopts', 'msvc2019.xml')], 'C++')

Set ldflags = ''
Since -lm is not needed on Windows

Change the path generation code in generateMex
Current code uses

% get seperator char from OS
home = pwd;
sep  = home(1);

It would be nice if the code uses fullfile or filesep to enhance robustness across platforms.
