A fun port of the classic mod to Spigot! (With some slight changes of course)

Contributing

Spigot Origins was designed with the intent of having a community of contributors and developers. If you have an idea for an Origin, feel free to submit an Origin request in the Issues tab.

If you do not have an idea but still want to contribute, help someone else bring their idea to reality! The wiki is full of tutorials and examples of how to create new Origins!

Name: Blazeborn
Description: The Blazeborn are a race of fire-loving warriors.
Impact: High

The Origin from the original mod.

Origin Traits

  • Netherborn: You spawn in the Nether
  • Fireborn: Cannot take fire damage
  • Self Sustaining: You do not need to eat
  • High Body Heat: You are unable to receive any kind of potion effect, and standing on a flammable block for too long will light it on fire
  • Hydrophobic: Takes damage in water

[ORIGIN-PROPOSAL] Zombie

Description: An undead explorer, cursed to forever wander never finding what they seek.
Impact: Low

The mob from the game.

  • Combatant: Strength 1
  • Photosensitive
  • Rotten Flesh Resistant: Can eat rotten flesh without debuff
  • Zombie Feet: Slowness 1

Description: A member of the Ender race, Enderians share many characteristics and behavior with Endermen.
Color: Purple (Light or Dark)

  • Phantom Friend: Phantoms do not aggro on you
  • Intangibility: By shift right-clicking, you can phase through the ground
  • Weakness: You only have seven hearts

  • Photosynthesis: Feeds on sunlight instead of food
  • Weak Shoulders: Cannot wear armor heavier than Gold or Chainmail
  • Unhandy: Cannot use a shield
