What do you mean it was working fine? Generally that error indicates an issue with setup or signatures.
Nothing has changed except the inclusion of some resources to get around a windows android AIR issue.
The only thing I can suggest is that you make sure you've updated the Google Play services lib and Core lib alongside this one.

I mean to say that i have tested it before and whole thing along with setup was working fine. Now it is giving me error.
I have check almost all the steps again to be sure.
I have used the updated core and google play services lib
