Currently the iOS Google Plus SDK is lagging. We are waiting for Google to update it.
The only way to currently do this is to use the Google Identity ANE which uses the new Google Sign In SDK.
However it's missing the built in Google Plus share dialog.
Let me know if you'd like me to transfer your license.
