Per the JPT documentation, for Netlify deployment we should be using v2.0.2 or later

Hopefully this helps to improve build time and allow more freedom to switch between build images, per the release notes:

  • 🚀🔥🔥MUCH MORE FASTER🔥🔥🚀
  • Eliminate the ImageMagick v7 on Ubuntu pain we've been dealing with for so long.

.scss files are a little sloppy right now. particularly _scss-rubik/_layout/_main.scss is cringe...

combine redundant rules in _scss-rubik/_layout/_main.scss and find a home for the rules stored in _scss-rubik/_layout/_shame.scss
