Task

Add external dynamic library linking. So copy all dynamic libs by the conan into the local directory with the executable file.
Link all of local dynamic libraries to the executable file.

Add flag definition

Requirements:

• Define compile flag rule for release, debug build type in cmake or conan settings.

Fix overwriting COPY in dockerfile.
Example:
Drop the file name from the destination:

COPY php5-cgi.conf /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/

Translate all readme to english

Change default conan files

• Change default remotes.json (add conancustom server)
• Change default settings.yml (add cpu architectures)
