The following are required for using the full functionality of this program:

• python 2 (2.7 or higher)
• SciPy
  • scipy
  • matplotlib
  • numpy
• tr-A_dependence_plots

Both python and SciPy are included in the Anaconda distribution.

• Anaconda

The following should be done to prepare for usage:

1. Clone this repository to the desired directory.

   git clone https://github.com/dilynfullerton/tr-vce_A_dependence_toy.git ~/.../workdir/vce_a_dependence_toy

2. Clone my tr-A_dependence_plots into the same parent directory.

   git clone https://github.com/dilynfullerton/tr-A_dependence_plots.git ~/.../workdir/a_dependence_plots

3. Get familiar with the data defintions used.
