Is the wyhash version from abseil used in the repo is not the latest (see wangyi-fudan/wyhash#86).

We should update it to the lastest

we need this for rdf4cpp, see rdf4cpp/rdf4cpp#191

We need examples/elaboration for at least:

• hashing a string and an int
• using it in std::unordered_map and std::unordered_set
• defining dice_hash for a custom type
• is_unordered_container_v and is_ordered_container_v

E.g. with SMHasher -> https://github.com/rurban/smhasher

• dice_hash_invertible_combine should be available with an arbitrary number of arguments in namespace Dice::hash. Arguments should be size_t.
• additionally, dice_hash_combine should also be with an arbitrary number of arguments in namespace Dice::hash. Arguments should be size_t.
• add examples how to use above functions
• add tests for above functions

after merging into master

gcc 10 and clang 10 should be set as the needed minimum versions

The polynomial 3860031 + (h+y)2779 + (hy*2) looks good and fast enough

we should try out the polynomial for the dice_hash_invertible_combine

We should add an version header and guarantee that we won't change versions released once.
That allows other users to rely on the hashes not to change.
The header should contain the version from the CMake file or, if deployed with a custom version via conan, the version from the conan file.

• automatic deployment of tags as conan packages
• build with gcc + clang (on pushs and on merge requests)
