It would be nice if we had an option to define an array of ports in the config and have multiple acceptors for each port instead of forcing the server to one particular port (useful for when outgoing connections to particular known ports are blocked by a firewall).

Currently all command targets are literal however the IRC protocol specifies wildcard expressions that can be used to match users: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2812#section-2.5

We should add support for SSL/TLS using tokio_tls (or maybe some other library that integrates with tokio?). Additionally there should be an ssl_port config directive that enables a TlsAcceptor to coexist with a regular acceptor, as well as a global user mode indicating an SSL connection and a channel mode restricting users to SSL-only.

Currently we only store the peer's IP as the client host but we should be able to query for FQDN and store that if available however tokio currently does not implement any functionality that enables this (AFAIK).
