Add total number of people in active list to make it easier to count if everyone is present.

As a developer, I'd like to use code that is well formatted according to engineering standards, which loot-commands is not. When complete, the file will accurately use a strategy pattern, where the execution result is a command object instead of an array.

Searching for /item Blackwater Leggings returns the following debug message:

As an admin, I'd like to simply copy the people that are in the raid group into the activate method, saving me headspace and typing in the process. When complete, by adding --active-only to the /loot activate [user1 user2 ...] command, anyone not in the list provided will be deactivated.

Since adding the /loot integration, the /item integration now posts to channels as the Loot bot. This probably has something to do with it using the wrong webhook URL.

Add the ability to change a character's name when someone switches characters.

When an item can't be found, the debug says: "No results found, asking for a better search" but no message is sent to the user in Slack to tell them that the search did not return results. The user should receive a notification.
