Flag for Production about textthem HOT 4 CLOSED

I set it to true because the master branch is suppose to be a representation of the code I have live on heroku. Since I can't see what's on heroku this allows me to fix bugs by making sure the code on github textthen master branch is what is running on heroku.

I understand that but everytime I forget it's set to True so python2 TextThem.py will throw an error for me. I suggest adding commandline argument so that python2 TextThem.py --testing could be used locally and python2 TextThem.py would normally launch the app in developing mode.
