The PR template is not directly fixing issue, on referring issue

Update README.md with the pre-commit setup instructions and commands.

Here are the requirements for an acceptable PR for the same.
Languages for the algorithms:

5. • README.md file with explanation of the algorithm

Johnson's Algorithm, basically a modification pf Dijkstra Algo.

It's a rather advanced Algo, as it uses a combination of 2 Algorithms.

If you think that the algorithm is suitable. I would like to add it using Python.

I would like to add code for Armstrong Number in C, C++ and Python

Generate a new set of credentials for the mongodb atlas to be used for production and make changes to handle them using .env files if not already done.

Find Documented code and README in PR(#67)

The README.md is not rendering all-contributors shield.

Want to fix the issue, and add few more shields.

We have two options:

• Travis CI
• Github Actions

The choice depends once the repo is setup and has setup guidelines.
We also have an option of dockerizing and deploying it if required.

Setup basic NodeJS + React basic repo along with setup guidelines

The web-app does not render files of the programs not written in one of the given languages

1. C++
2. Python
3. Java
4. JS

Would request a modification to the web-app that renders algorithms in languages other than these, even if without syntax higlighting of that language.
