About

In this Workshop you will be introduced to the concept of Data Sharing. It is important to understand it in order to be able to use data around your application and work with user's informations.

You need a bit of previous knowledge about SwiftUI to be able to go through this session.

By the end of the session you should be acquainted to the concept of data State and Binding, ObservableObject, ObservedObject, EnvironmentalObject and why they are an important part of SwiftUI development process when working with patterns and data handling in SwiftUI.


Getting Started

Installation

  1. Clone the repo

    git clone https://github.com/developer-academy-unina/Workshop-Introduction-to-Data-Handling
  2. Open the .xcodeproj file

How to

Data managing is crucial to develop and structure in a powerful way your app. With SwiftUI managing and updating Views is easier than ever. In this workshop you will move your first steps to master these powerful developer tools.

  • Here you will understand how to manage and handle data throughout your app
  • Learn how to build a simple app that manages a lightbulb with declarative language.
  • Light up and Dim a lightbulb!
