Parse command parameters from a YAML file.

When loading overlays in Factory.load(), also look for a custom path supplied by the developer and by extension, the user. This has lots of implications.

When the apache configtest command is invoked it automatically creates an if statement like

if [[ $apache_checks_out -gt 0 ]]; exit 1; fi;

It is, however, missing the then. Doh!

Other such tests should also be confirmed just in case they are wrong as well.

When sudo -u root ./manage.py ... is executed, a python error is produced, but it works when running as root. So it's not the command, it's the sudo. This appears to be the correct syntax, but something about the full management command string is causing and issue.

As I don't use Windows (much), I have a lot of questions here. DOS has relatively few commands. PowerShell options might be better.
