we could have options or a config to enable multiple middlewares, and receive the combined one, instead of nesting it in the consumer. This makes the multiple middleware easy to use.

The handler could be other wrapped middleware

rather we could have

   gomw.New(next, gomw.Timed(duration), gomw.Predicate(p))

Where options could be a function options or a struct with configuration as fields. whichever suits best.

we could have a middleware which writes common Headers. like content-type: application/json This will be useful since each handler doesn't need to write it.

we could also accept map[string]string custom_headers and write that too.
