Feature idea: check multiple nixpkgs

It's quite common for our project to need something from nixpkgs-unstable, while we prefer to stick with nixpkgs/nixos-xx.yy for everything else. So we import nixpkgs twice (actually 3 times, for reasons...) and mix and match.

Anyway - would be nice if we could check multiple/other inputs as well.

ERROR: the `nixpkgs` input uses the non-supported Git branch `nixos-23.11` for Nixpkgs

I guess just needs DeterminateSystems/flake-checker#94 released.

ERROR: the `nixpkgs` input uses the non-supported Git branch `nixos-24.05` for Nixpkgs

The flake checker (v8) doesn't support the newly minted nixos-24.05 branch.

23.11 is already labeled deprecated in Nix source material and nixos-24.05 was officially released 3 days ago.
