PKHeX MAUI(Mobile)

This project is simply applying the public PKHeX code library to a cross platform interface. Currently this is only compatible with Android due to pay-wall compiling limitations of IOS/MAC. If you have access to these devices and would like to help compile, please reach out. Eventual compatibility with IOS is planned.
