basecode's Issues

Unit Testing Support

It would be a good idea to add support for some sort of unit testing.
Requirements include:

* Must be platform agnostic
* Must be project agnostic, meaning any language can be tested not just
C/C++/Obj-C or ruby.
* Review of RSpec or some other xUnit testing scheme.

RPM and apt-get/dpkg support

Include in the makefile.pmk & pmkfile support and scripts for building an
rpm archive and then exporting that binary viva alien for tarball(bz2&gz2),
dpkg, and zip archives.

Store the package.spec in the newly supported config directory.

Also find a way to support lsm files for tsunami packages.

Support for distcc request

Would like to add support for distcc since we have capistrano enabled for
distributed builds, why not tie those builds together with distcc?

We just need to patch the makefile.pmk and pmkfile to generate the build
servers. Also would be nice to add those same servers to the deploy.pmk file.

Doxygen configure error

need to add a switch to the makefile.pmk that works on all platforms to
generate the documents, currently only works with os x out of the box.
needs to work out of the box on linux and cygwin as well.

Makefile error under Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. with a complete build system(make/gcc/objc & pmk) reteave the svn source
2. run pmk && make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a successful build, and it returns:
make: *** No rule to make target `src/main.o', needed by `mocha'. Stop.
