whmcs-responsive-email-templates's Issues

How to prevent email spoofing and phishing attacks?

It came up in a recent discussion that criminals could spoof these email templates to get your customers to click in their system. Rework all templates and require response online. No hyperlinks in the content.

Organize into folders

Move specific email templates by email template function in whmcs email templates

Support Tickets - Email Actions

<div itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/EmailMessage" style=
"display:none">
    <div itemprop="action" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/ViewAction">
    <link itemprop="url" href="{$ticket_url}" />
        <meta itemprop="name" content="View ticket"/>
    </div>
</div>

Licensing

The LICENSE file states cc0 for this code, but README.md states otherwise. I'm happy to assume that README.md takes precedence, but I note that it's CC-BY-NC. How... would these templates be used for non-commercial purposes when dealing with WHMCS, an inherently commercial platform? Free webhosting only?
Just wanting to clarify here. :D I'd imagine for the most part people will ignore the licensing, but I'd like to do right. :P

Clarification RE html headers etc

So, I notice that with WHMCS there does not appear to be anyway to add the usual stuff like;

`

<title>something</title> `

I tried adding these, but to no avail. I think messages often go to spam because of this.
