Error: No such command 'render'.

Hi,
Thank you for building this, very useful!
while following the docs and running render gives an error:

graphql2python render --config ./graphql2python.yaml

Error: No such command 'render'.

But running generate works fine:

graphql2python generate --config ./graphql2python.yaml

Error on generate

Am running into the following error on generate, any help appreciated

File ".\graphql2python\model\generate.py", line 104, in init
schema_str = schema_file.read()
File ".\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\lib\codecs.py", line 322, in decode
(result, consumed) = self._buffer_decode(data, self.errors, final)
UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xff in position 0: invalid start byte
