A simple to do list to create, edit and delete tasks via interface

• Create database with name: to_do_list.
• Import to_do_list.sql file.
• Check if mod_rewrite is enabled.

Via interface

• Remove duplicate code methodo insert and update.
• Adjust Message Tracking.

If the task shares the same priority of another existing task, the the system must be smart enough to reorder the entire list and prevent priority conflicts.
