The Genomic_Ranges_Assignment contains two import files: mm10_snp137_chr1_trunc.bed.gz (variant data) and the Mus_musculus.GRC.m38.75_chr1.gft.gz (chromosome 1 data.)

The outfile is titled chr1_collapsed_exons.csv that contains the seqnames, ranges, strand, and num_vars.

The promoter sequences for chromosome 1 are exported as a fasta file names mm10_chr1_3kb_promoters.fasta.
