After installing Vagrant (for Windows), Virtual Box, and cloning the repo per the instructions, vagrant up leads to a failure. It never even got to the Tessera installation stuff. Here's a screen shot

Hi after following the instructions to install the vagrant version of rhipe, and performing

vagrant up --provider=virtualbox

I get

I have tried a number of solutions but without any success.
