Although we currently collect flags in the flags.md file, maybe we should decide to include there more flags? Currently we have added there only user flags which is almost nothing among the many other existing flags (messages flags, channels flags, server flags etc)

A guild I own that I use just to test bots now has the feature EXPOSED_TO_ACTIVITIES_WTP_EXPERIMENT, but I checked the experiments the guild has and 2021-11_activities_baseline_engagement_bundle is not one of them. What would cause a guild to have this feature but not the experiment? Activities do work in the voice channels
