Install FRC Software

All of the team computers (and any personal computers that people are using) should have Eclipse, the FRC plugins, Github, and the FRC Update Suite.

Finish Documentation on Internal Site

These sections are still incomplete:
Training Curriculum/FRC Basics - most of the page
Training Curriculum/Command-Based Programming - "SmartDashboard Continued" section

If any experienced programmers have spare time, it would be nice to finish these sections up before build season.

Move Calgames Code to Repo

The code with the changes made at Calgames is on Ana's flash drive. We should put it in the RobotCode2015 repository for future use.
