A formal parameter is declared as an array with size. The size of the array
is ignored in this context, since the array formal parameter is treated as a
pointer. (Use -fixedformalarray to inhibit warning)

I might fix this.

I don't know if this is proper or not, but after using splint, I discovered that several files, since this code is old and whatnot, use POSIX headers that are no longer relevant at all.

I'm cleaning these up.

Because of how quake was made to run on DOS as a 16-bit executable, I'm having to currently update the cd_audio.c file to make up for this.

Variable name is not a macro variable (it is a
external), but matches the macro variable namespace prefix "m_"
A variable declared outside a macro body starts with the macrovarprefix. (Use
either -macrovarprefixexclude or -namechecks to inhibit warning)
