When I use INSAR_G2S for dealing with a stack of Sentinel-1 for StaMPS PS.
The step 11 Convert GMTSAR result, the correct_forum error because of Index in position 1 exceeds array bounds.
I check the matlab, and find the aa exceed the index.

Sometimes the scihub_poeorb_download.sh script will produce an error due to file name length in the following step:

orb_fix=$(ls -1 "$type"*.EOF)
echo "put $orb_fix in raw_orig"
mv $orb_fix $raw_org/.

I don't think using ls is good practice to extract filenames and it can cause bugs. The solution is to use the following code by leveraging the find command instead of using mv on a ls result:

  wget -r -l1 -nd "http://aux.sentinel1.eo.esa.int/POEORB/$year/$month/$day/" --no-check-certificate --no-parent
  orb_fix=$(ls -1 "$type"*.EOF)
  echo "put $orb_fix in raw_orig"
  find -name "$type*.EOF" -exec mv '{}' $raw_org/. \;

The ls command can perhaps be removed but this is enough to fix the issue for now.
