To make it look like this:

Pretty much all font usage and notifications are obsolete and need to be changed.

A lot of the deprecated APIs are earmarked for removal when API 10 comes around, which will drop when DT drops.

Repro:

1. Send a message to someone
2. Receive a reply
3. Alt+R while focused on chat
4. Channel should be Tell User input mode
5. Click tab for auto-translate function
6. Channel automatically changes back to Say input mode (which it shouldn't)

Can't reproduce this part myself, but a user says that it also breaks auto-translate functionality, i.e. it sends raw strings in chat.

Duplicates censored player names except for local player. This also affects Chat 2.

The current "Copy" feature copies the player name along with their message.
It'd be nice to have an option that copies ONLY the message.

If you turn on screenshot mode and hit Alt+R to reply to tell, it does not censor the name on the chat channel.

ImGui doesn't let us select and copy like HTML, but we can add a button (maybe to the tab's context menu) which opens a "copy" window with the chat history inside of a multiline input element (which doe have a cursor/copy support).
