Allow user to submit samples to Anubis for analysis and retrieve final reports

Need to seriously fix the library requires across all of the scripts. Really I should only need to require the core maz.rb script, which incorporates all the other libraries and just call the needed functions from there. Having trouble doing this especially with the database library. The entire flow of the libraries needs a big rewrite.

Implement better error handling across entire application for things like:
- samples that all ready exist
- mongodb not running or non-existent
- failure during external analysis process (vtotal, anubis, threatx, etc)
- incorrect paths provided by user
- permission errors when saving data
