the plugin blocks the upgrade to version 9.4.1.1
if the plugin is installed but not enabled, bin/console will fail.
Error: The version of the database is not compatible with the version of the installed files. An update is necessary.

When you delete the plugin everything works

Tout d'abord merci beaucoup pour ce plugin.

Je suis en version GLPI 9.3.1 avec le plugin notification 9.3+2.1

Lorsque je reçois une notification, les retours chariots ne sont pas pris en compte dans l'email de notification dans le champ description et suivi. Ils apparaissent bien pourtant dans GLPI mais pas dans l'email.

J'ai essayé avec le client outlook 2013 et thunderbird avec la même problématique.

I can't create notifications with this plugin, add is disabled at notification generation. I tried to reinstall the plugin, doesn't helped.

This is more likely a misuse of the tags, but when calling validation tags such as ##validation.author## or ##validation.status##, i'm expecting to see in the mail notification subject, respectively the one who validated his validation request or the current validation status.

But the tag itself (raw text in the subject field as : 'Subject Field : ##validation.status##') appears.

i was able to setup template for task and for new tickets, but my templates are not showed up in list when i want to setup the template for new followups or ticket closing. I only see the 2 first created.

Je viens de supprimer mon template créé dans le plugin (pour test) et j'ai refait un nouveau template pour la même action mais il ne se sauvegarde pas. (rien dans la liste des notifications generation).

Par contre ça fonctionne si je créé un nouveau type de notification jamais créé auparavant.

J'imagine que l'on doit "nettoyer" directement dans la base, mais c'est dans quelle table?

Nous venons de migrer de 9.3->9.4.4 et avons installé la dernière version disponible du plugin.
Ce dernier ne semble pas fonctionner. L'install et l'activation sont OK, mais aucun template généré par le plugin n'apparait dans le menu déroulant de configuration>notifications>"ma notif">onglet gabarit>id>modèle de notification

Ai-je loupé une étape?

Bonjour et merci pour ce plugin. Toutefois, j'ai un petit problème avec le footer_text. Je l'ai bien modifier dans mon template mais il n'est pas pris en compte dans la notification que je reçois.

Autre point, lorsque qu'une solution est apporté, j'aimerai que cette dernière apparaisse avant la description . Comment puis-je faire ?

I was looking a way to improve it for best end-user experience, so THANK you for your job.

Your plugin is really useful for us.

But I have problems since upgrade to GLPI 10
When I use the plugin with GLPI 10.0.2 , each time I update a ticket, glpi displays a blank page and no notification is sent.
