First off, thank you for this extensive library.

I am curious if there is any functionality for measuring saccades. I see that some of the codebase has some notion of adding saccades, but I am wondering if you have any advice on how to actually extract saccades.

In video.py, the VideoFramesAndMappedGaze does sync in this way:

T = self.__df__.index[self.__df__.index.get_loc(self.__current_time__+self.__i__, method='nearest')]

As I understand it, current_time is the current frame's ts and you are finding the nearest ts in the gaze data.
Here, why is the i counter being added to current_time?

To create an AOI model based on SURF allowing selection, matching and exporting of AOIs.

To implement a class AOI_SURFModel in aoi/surf.py in order to be able to export a csv file with gaze fixations labeled with correct AOIs following the example aoi_surf.py in TobiiGlassesPySuite-Examples

Can this library be used to plot the Coordinates given in livedata.json.gz file on the videos?

Developing on-line and off-line algorithms for detecting the object where the user is looking at, based on already trained models (e.g. Tensor flow).

• Consider the possibility to add a column (Object detected) in the exported CSV file containing the label of the detected object.

I am having the the following files:
livedata.json
recordings.json
project.json
segment.json
participant.json
fullstream.mp4

How can I used these files to get the Gaze Data as mentioned in GazeData.py ?
