Current problems with code

-Freaks out if you try to add an agent outside of world's boundaries
-Doesn't actually use cells; need to add functionality of passing from one cell to another
-Need to use agent's update rule (currently just constant velocity)
-Should decide how many decimal places are printed for output, currently 1 digit after .
-Need to write MatLab code for graphing
