I installed the node-red, but when i start the node-red in the command line with the "node-red" command, the node-red does not start and pops up this message: "Illegal Instruction". What is the process to resolve this issue?
Hi Dceejay,
This is not an issue per say. I'm a noob seeking a little informtion.
I use the Teltonika RUTX11 product. I am able to load the latest version of your NodeRED (v1.3.1). I believe this can run on any ARM processor, with a UI based off Lua?
Last year, Teltonika updated thier system to run on Vue.js 2.6.12. Unfortunately, I am not able to use this code with the new changes.
I wanted to know if it is still possible to have this node red code ported across to new implementation. I'm curious to know what is required and will everything have to be re written from scratch?
Regards,
root@OpenWrt:~# opkg install node-red_1.0.3.ipk
Collected errors:

Firmware Version: OpenWrt 19.07.1 r10911-c155900f66 / LuCI openwrt-19.07 branch git-20.029.45734-adbbd5c
I'm trying to install it on an Arduino Yùn (AR9331). I've installed node and npm but the package can't find it.

Hi,
We can't install the package properly using image builder:
Finalizing root filesystem...
~/openwrt-imagebuilder-bcm27xx-bcm2711.Linux-x86_64/staging_dir/host/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua: No such file or directory
./usr/lib/opkg/info/node-red.postinst: line 1: /etc/init.d/node-red: No such file or directory
./usr/lib/opkg/info/node-red.postinst: line 2: /etc/init.d/node-red: No such file or directory
It may due to absolute path: with the image builder it should be relative as now /etc/init.d/node-red
is ${IMAGE_BUILDER_PATH}/build_dir/target-${ARCH}/root-${TARGET}/etc/init.d/node-red
It doesn't stop the build tho... I'll try the build and come back to tell if the error if critical or not.
Hi, could you share how to install?
