propeller-load in the propgcc repository supports a -D flag which accepts device options- one of these allows reset via a GPIO pin and is essential for getting the loader to function on devices like the Raspberry Pi.

Unfortunately pi-propeller-load includes a lot of spin/propgcc compilation in its default Makefile, making it a dog to compile as standard.

Please add this feature.
It already is included in the terminal code but lacks the option to enable it.

Have p1load load in a 1st stage universal boot that should work with most systems which can then autobaud with p1load at higher speeds to be able to write larger eeprom images with optional offset. An option to read the eeprom and create an image file would also be advantageous.

Newer GCCs (e.g. 6.3.0) complain about misleading indentation here.
