We need a Manual SoftAP switch (trigger) allowing a user to force the module to SoftAP mode by pressing the PAB WX reset button four times within about 2.5 seconds.

One way for a user to get stuck (without this feature) is through the following sequence:

• Configuring the module for an access point
• It connects to that access point successfully
• The user is unable to communicate with it through that access point
• It is in Station mode (not STA+AP), so now there's no way to connect to it to reconfigure it for a different access point

Please enhance the module discovery protocol to increase chances of success across multiple network conditions.

The proposed Parallax Wi-Fi Module Discovery Protocol defines the desired behavior. Ideas, comments, and updates should be made in that document, but discussion is welcome in this issue thread as well.

Address stateful issue that causes "Transmission already in progress" error between downloads.
