Data that just needs lump names is easy, a lump name will be found no matter where it is in the folder structure below the sounds/sprites/etc categories.

But when dealing with sounds or brightmaps that have a full folder path, we need to convert the pathnames to include the pk3t folder - for example, BM/ZombieScientistPlasma becomes BM/pk3t/ZombieScientistPlasma when installed into a project.

Indicate packages that have been downloaded (and those where the version downloaded is lower than the version on the server?)

Don't trust the user's capitalization! Get the real package name case before using it anywhere, otherwise the files get all messed up and we can't compare strings for installed packages etc
