🐞 - Frontend Doesn't Start On Fresh Install

🐞 bug report

Describe the bug
When downloading and installing the project and following the instructions to install the dependencies and the start the full stack locally, the React front end crashes due to a discrepancy in the project dependencies.

This discrepancy is due to JEST being manually installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Clone the project
  2. Install the dependencies using npm run install:all
  3. Start the development build with npm run start:dev:watch
  4. See error

Expected behavior
After a fresh install using npm run install:all and starting the development build with npm run start:dev:watch you should expect to see the browser start and running the default React starter app.
