No issue, thanks for doing the research. I wanted to know why my roaming data was only using 3g when another radio frequency was available to be used, sadly, I figured out the issue and just moved on with my job.

Eg. Transferring GHC1.00 across networks, if the fee is .75 fixed rate for transferring and .5 fixed cash out fee, then thats 1 - 1.25 =-0.25 the doesnt make sense because anything i=withdrawn after cashing out should be net positive.
Replace withdrawal section for AirtelTigo with its true withdrawal charges since currently that of MTN for demo purposes
