Currently, my keyboard module has no inherent support for the concept of a repeat. Instead, I've manually implemented this on top. It would be better to make this support built in.

Need to support a Game concept to control the game loop. This would be similar to the App concept in the HTML library. In particular, it would provide a method for initialization, a method for updating the model and a method for drawing the game. It would also provide keyboard support automatically, along with random values. The latter is needed to ensure everything except the draw() method can be a function.

Currently, my approach to supporting fixed-precision arithmetic is rather arbitrary. We can do better!
